Sebastian's new 'collapsing tower' exhibit was the talk of the modern art world, a piece teeming with metaphor and topical subtext. What was even more notable however was the artist's decision to use Poundland superglue to hold the leaning structure together. Some claimed it was a statement about economy, others said he was just cheap. No one dared stand underneath it though.
