Delivery & Returns

All our products are available for purchase via this website. We will send them to anywhere in the world so long as there is a postal service operating within the destination country. Please note that overseas customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your package.

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, using their First Class Recorded and Special Delivery services. For the Recorded First Class delivery within UK, Postage and packing (P&P) fees are included on orders over £60. Please note that any requests to send the goods via Special Delivery are subject to an extra fee as indicated in the purchase process.

All deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are sent via the Royal Mail ("International Signed For" or "International Standard"). Please note that overseas customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees which may be collected upon the delivery of your package.

P&P fees are included in all international orders over £150. For any orders under £150 P&P fees will be added to the final total in the checkout section and the P&P varies according to the size and weight of your order and where it is being sent to.

If your package does not arrive within 14 days or if there is a fault, please contact us at hello@supersuperficial.com with your order number, date, name and contact address and we will provide alternative arrangements.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with any part of your purchase experience at supersuperficial.com, we will provide you with an exchange or a full refund, provided that the goods are returned to us in their original condition and that the goods each us within 14 days of receipt.

Please include a note with your order number, and tell us if you'd like a refund or an exchange, if you need to exchange an item please let us know which size and/or design you would like to exchange to.

Super Superficial will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit back to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a recorded and insured mail service. 
Refunds will only be issued to the same card with which the goods were purchased.
