Delivery

• We ship worldwide via postal services where available. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or import charges.
• UK deliveries are typically via Royal Mail Tracked 24. We offer free P&P on all orders; where Special Delivery is selected, an additional fee applies.
• European and international deliveries use Royal Mail International Tracked. Free shipping charges on all European and international orders.

Returns & Refunds

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or a full refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
